This session seeks to answer the question How can we scale learning? Heather Simpson moderates and opens the webinar to introduce scaling principles in education and how the sector is growing and changing. Other speakers include Sergio Ramírez-Mena, Paul Frank, and Creesen Naicker, who all bring their own expertise to the discussion. Panelists spoke of the impacts of global health such as the Covid-19 pandemic, how technology can strengthen efforts to improve and scale up education initiatives, and other topics. They also discussed challenges with scaling such as understanding where gaps in current initiatives may be, how to create well-thought-out plans, and how to create efficient projects with integrated scaling systems.
