Wendy‑Ann Rowe is the Director of CRS’ Cascade Systems for Scale initiative, where she focuses on strengthening how the organization catalyses and sustains humanitarian and development outcomes at scale. Her perspective draws on 13 years of global advisory experience and more than 10 years of country leadership in Lesotho and Zambia. She has partnered extensively with civil society organizations, government institutions, private sector actors, and funders, with a strong emphasis on locally led and sustainable approaches. In her country leadership roles, she led teams advancing health system strengthening, nutrition support, social service systems strengthening, and private sector partnerships to deliver inclusive solutions for underserved households. She now brings this experience to strengthening CRS’ approach to scaling through local actors and systems.
