This session of the 2023 Annual Workshop focuses on how the Community of Practice (CoP) has utilized various resources, tools, and strategies in its work so far and what direction it may go in the future. With themes such as institutionalization, scalability, innovation and more, the webinar gets a range of perspectives on how to assess factors within and external to government systems. John Floretta moderates the discussion, introducing the panelists and encouraging their various perspectives on the topic.
Jasmine Shah, as part of the Dialogue and Development Commission for the Government of NCT of Delhi, shares the view from internal government systems and how scaling may be used in that sector; Larry Cooley of Management Systems International and Rachna Chowdhuri of the Global Innovation Fund then participated in follow-up questions from their own organization’s perspectives.
Lastly, the webinar opened up for broader discussion and what the future holds. Rachna Chowdhuri discussed institutionalization and Larry Cooley discussed the future of Scaling CoP in more detail. He also led a more interactive section to get feedback from the audience which will be used for future structuring of the project.
