This Youth Employment Working Group Coffee and Bagel session will focus on non-profits & other platforms feature speaker Thomas Brownlee, from the International Youth Foundation.

Thomas Brownlee:

We are closing the Via: Pathways to Work program (in partnership with Mastercard Foundation) and have learnings to share about facilitating changes in national TVET systems in Tanzania and Mozambique. We will present on learnings from our iNGO role as a facilitator in the systems change process:

• Share lessons on what worked and did not
• Look at the holistic approach strengthening capacity for partners in multiple non-sector-specific areas
• Share how we applied our learning agenda through the program to adapt our approach and activities.
