The M&E Working Group of the Scaling Community of Practice invites you to a webinar on Thursday October 6, 9:00-10:15 am on measuring the institutionalization of effective innovations within government systems, with a focus on the education and health sectors.

We have had webinars on this theme in 2021 and have invested the first part of 2022 attempting to summarize insights from these sessions in the attached paper titled “Advancing Change from the Outside In: Lessons Learned About the Effective Use of Evidence and Intermediaries to Achieve Sustainable Outcomes at Scale Through Government Pathways.”

We have a terrific panel of leaders lined up to share their perspectives on the paper and more broadly on this topic, with particular reference to the metrics for “soft system change” and the practical use of information to accelerate scaling within government institutions.
