Leah Sly has more than 10 years of experience in project management, operations, and financial management of donor-funded international development activities. She has extensive experience managing scaling technical support, research, MEL, and organizational capacity development activities, including in conflict-affected environments. She has a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Virginia.
