Yannick Glemarec

Dr. Yannick Glemarec is Chair of the Gold Standard Board and President of the Gold Standard Foundation. He has over 20 years of experience in climate finance, policy development, and program management. He previously served as Executive Director of the Green Climate Fund and held senior roles at UNDP and UN Women. Glemarec holds a PhD in Environmental Sciences from the University of Paris and Master’s degrees in Hydrology and Business Administration. He has authored more than 40 publications on climate finance and environmental management.
