Poonam Muttreja

Poonam Muttreja is Executive Director of the Population Foundation of India, with over 40 years of experience in public health, gender equity, and rural development. She co-conceived the transmedia initiative “Main Kuch Bhi Kar Sakti Hoon” and previously served as India Country Director for the MacArthur Foundation. Muttreja led organizations including Ashoka Foundation and SRUTI. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
