Li Xiaoyun

Professor Li Xiaoyun is Dean of the China Institute for South-South Cooperation in Agriculture and a distinguished professor at China Agricultural University. He chairs the Network of Southern Think Tanks and the China International Development Research Network. Li has advised the Chinese government, World Bank, UN agencies, GIZ, DFID, and the Gates Foundation. He founded CISSCA in 2017 and initiated the College of Humanities and Development Studies in 1998.
