Hisham is a seasoned entrepreneur and international development professional with a proven track record of driving innovation and empowering youth. As the Founder and CEO of Jabi Consulting, he brings a unique blend of academic expertise, industry experience, and a deep understanding of international development.

Hisham’s career spans over three decades, marked by his successful ventures in the Middle East and globally. He has founded and led several prominent organizations, including MABCO, one of the largest IT firms in the region, and PITA, a non-profit dedicated to promoting IT development in Palestine. His commitment to youth empowerment is evident in his founding of Juzoor, an NGO focused on providing capital and entrepreneurship training to young people in the Middle East, and his leadership of the Ruwwad program, a USAID-funded initiative that has helped thousands of youth develop entrepreneurial skills.

Hisham’s expertise extends beyond entrepreneurship to encompass digital transformation, workforce development, and international development. He has worked with leading organizations such as the World Bank, ILO, UNOPS, and USAID, advising on complex projects related to youth employment, education, and technology. His ability to design and implement large-scale programs that drive positive change is a testament to his leadership and strategic thinking.

With a strong academic background, including an MBA and a master’s degree in information technology, Hisham brings a theoretical foundation to his practical experience. His deep understanding of technology, combined with his passion for youth development, positions him as a visionary leader in the field of digital transformation and social impact.
