Papa Amadou Sarr

Papa Amadou Sarr is Executive Director of Mobilization, Partnerships, and Communication at Agence Française de Développement (AFD). He leads institutional partnerships, communications, and external financing for the SDGs. Sarr has worked with UNDP, OECD, the Gates Foundation, and served as Senegal’s Minister for Rapid Entrepreneurship of Women and Youth. He holds advanced degrees in Public Affairs, Development Studies, and Comparative Development from Sciences Po, EHESS, and Sorbonne University, along with a certificate in Public Financial Management from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
